Disclaimer & Important Information

All persons entering the grounds shall do so at their own risk. Upon arrival you will be requested to sign in on behalf of yourself and your guests. By signing in, your party will become temporary member/s of Nelson Naturist Park for the duration of your stay. This includes that you indemnify the club and/or its members from any/all claims and actions. Nelson Naturist Park has a set of rules which must be adhered to at all times: Insurance: You accept that your stay here is at your own risk and that you and your vehicles (including caravans and trailers) are comprehensively covered by your own insurance. Injury: The club and/or its members take no responsibility for the activities of persons, including children, when swimming, walking, hiking, playing golf, excessive sun exposure or indeed any other social or recreational activity around the club grounds. Creek: Please be aware the creek is not fenced, therefore parents must be responsible for their own children when near the creek. Misbehaviour is not tolerated and Nelson Naturist Park reserves the right to terminate anyone’s visit and/or accommodation. Persons whose behaviour is adversely affected by alcohol or drugs or demonstrates domestic or other violence, or lewd or sexually overt behaviour will not be tolerated. Offenders will be expelled from the property. Speed Limit: A speed limit of 20 kms an hour applies to the entire property. Pedestrians (including young children) always have the right of way. Parents are advised that children playing with the children play set, trampoline as well as those riding bicycles or scooters, do so at their own risk. Children: Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the shower/ toilet block, laundry area, BBQ, pool and recreation room. Pets: No Pets Photography: Taking of photographs is prohibited, except by the clubs authorized persons (who will ask permission first). Fires: No Fires – except at the BBQ in the communal recreation area near the spa and pool and the club house wood-burner. Pool area: The pool and spa are both zoned full nudity / au naturel only. No clothing to be worn. No glass allowed in this area - use plastic cups or similar (please appreciate we don’t want to stand on glass or damage the pool liner). Toddlers may use the paddling pool only. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any club building or within 4 m thereof. Emergency Evacuation Plan: All members and visitors are to meet on the open concrete near the pool and follow the fire marshal or police instructions. Do not leave the grounds before telling us first, unless we have instructed you to evacuate.
